Hi, Our residents management company has inherited a communal PTP from Cape Homes Ltd. Nimesh Patel worked on the system in January 2023 (Invoice 151703), but could not execute his planned remediation works, due to the absence of a jet-washer on site.  I an the coordinator of works on site.
