Spoken to Jo, we have been recommended by a friend and also the tanker company who empties her tank to get in touch. On their last empty, they had the drains CCTV as their drains were blocked. It revealed minor root ingress and they have been quoted for patch repair. But they we're concerns that this does not remove the roots, I have advised that if that is the best option then we would use a milling machine before repairs but it may also be just as easy to replace the pipe. she also has some concerns regarding their septic tank because it is very old. If work needs doing, they want to just get the lot done. Both retired, just had a new grandchild last week.
*AM SLOT*Panasonic Motor and Gearbox 1 eng 1 hour Quotation for the fitting of a new motor. This is on the basis of only needing a new motor as we haven't attended site. This covers up to an hour on site and the motor. If any other parts are needed while on site payment will have to be made before they can be fit.

We had an issue on Saturday where the staff canteen pumping chamber flooded. The alarm did not activate, and the pumps were not taking away the sewage, even when switched to manual operation at the control panel. After cleaning the chamber sensor, the pumps started operating again. However, there is one pump that I’m not confident is seated correctly on the base of the chamber. Would it be possible to arrange for someone to attend site this week to: -Check that both pumps are correctly mounted, -Investigate why the alarm did not activate, and Carry out a general inspection of the pumping station to confirm it is fully operational and in good condition.
