Check the condition of the tank for crack/leaks/structural condition 5. If possible to check the outlet point, if this is to ground, we will check for any signs of leeching (indicates drainfield failure) 6. Provide a full report with photographs and any quotes should remedial works or replacement be required Call Kirsty whilst on site for de-brief to ensure she has all info to produce report
