Service - Following on from the crem with their tanker On the last visit Gary suggested filling in the bottom of the tank with concrete due to a split - This has been assessed as not the best option and we would need to know volumes if this was to be done. Please assess see if it can be fiberglass or repaired in a different way. If it is concrete please take details to provide full quotation

Service - tanker to be done by Mitchell Drainage at the same time

Booked for 1.30-3.30 NS - Callout to pump station not working - They have confirmed with Esther they have sorted the lid A few notes for the engineer; - Pumping only appeared to happen at the highest float switch level (of the 4 float switches) - The water level was reduced to a low level using the manual mode on both pumps. After doing this both pumps stopped working. - Now, both pumps make a noise but arent pumping anything. - We have purchased a separate pump and so the water level will be low when the engineer arrives but not fully empty. - No red lights have shown on the console during any of the above.
