You have advised that following recent heavy rainfall, the media has become displaced on your Harlequin 6PE system and is now in the little triangle area. A supervised visit will be required with our engineer as they will need to assist the tanker and fish out the media. You have advised that a smaller tanker is required but access is good otherwise. The tanker will have a net over the end to help prevent as much of the media being sucked up as possible.
