Three phase pump was delivered and taken to site
This pump should have been a single phase pump, not three phase.
We have now ordered the correct pump and the site will be reattended and correct pump fitted ASAP

To double check all paperwork and delivery notes. Engineers to double check before leaving the yard if possible. Contact supplier to advise their paperwork was incorrect.
