Tricky to find use inv 36011 . Works carried out 07/25 but invoice not paid ,no info on job sheet , chased payment early 26 , cust noted pipe damaged while working onsite but no comms ? cust wanted pipe repairing but not followed up , offered repair 05/26 cust advised gone elsewhere to get sorted . processes not followed ,poor comms
